Mailbox:

More modern design and easier to read, grouped chats that open in to a full conversation with the other user, more like text messaging, see screenshot below for a rough idea.

Notifications:

An in Game or in Browser update that notifies you of the following

1 - When you have to update your drug making
2 - New message from a user
3 - New events
4 - New Announcements
5 - When you have completed a tier in the Gym
6 - On level up (When you jump multiple levels, the system will only display 1 notification, telling you how many levels you have achieved)
7 - Response on your Forum posts
8 - IM Chat messages
9 - IM Private messages

All of these will be optional and editable in your User Preferences, see Screenshot below

Idk game seems fine in those aspects but just my opinion

Yeah they're fine, but some quality of life improvements, ease of use, tidying up would be amazing in the Mailbox, it's a mess.

As for Notifications, they can actually be pretty handy

What about prestige levels it gives people the chance to level for something
